These terms apply to your use of synap-flowhub.click (the "Site") and to educational sessions booked with Synap Flow Hub Ltd ("we", "us"), registered in the United Kingdom. By using the Site or booking a session, you agree to these terms.

1. Educational purpose

All content and sessions are for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on the Site or in a session constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You remain responsible for your own decisions regarding digital assets and DeFi interfaces.

2. Bookings and payment

Session fees are quoted in GBP. A deposit may be required to confirm dates. Full payment terms are sent on booking confirmation. Prices on the Site are informational; the invoice governs the amount due.

3. Cancellation

Cancellation and refund rules are set out in our Refund policy. Please read that page before paying a deposit.

4. Intellectual property

Site text, glossaries, diagrams, and session handouts are owned by Synap Flow Hub Ltd or used under licence. You may keep copies provided during a session for personal or internal team reference. You may not resell, publicly redistribute, or commercially republish our materials without written permission.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorised access, submit unlawful content via forms, or use our sessions to solicit illegal activity. We may refuse or terminate bookings that breach this section.

6. Third-party references

We reference Solana protocols and public documentation for identification and teaching. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Solana or the Solana Foundation. Third-party sites linked from the Site have their own terms.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Site or attendance at sessions, including loss relating to trading, staking, or bridging assets. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

Our total liability for any claim relating to a booked session is limited to the fees paid for that session.

8. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on the Site. Material changes to booked sessions will be communicated directly where practicable.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of the United Kingdom shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in Scotland or Northern Ireland where applicable.
