Session fees and what affects your quote
Pricing below is informational. Final fees depend on group size, travel, and any custom glossary preparation. We confirm totals before you pay a deposit.

Deposit. We ask for a 30% deposit to hold studio dates. The balance is due seven days before the session.
What can change the price
- Travel — On-site workshops beyond Edinburgh include rail or mileage at cost, quoted upfront.
- Custom materials — Extracting terms from confidential documents adds preparation time; we estimate hours before confirming.
- Recording — Private session recordings are included on request at no extra charge for protocol overviews.
- Evening or weekend slots — Limited availability; a 15% surcharge applies when listed on the booking calendar.
What is not charged
We do not sell subscriptions, software licences, or access passes. A session fee covers facilitation, standard printed glossaries, and the follow-up email described on each session page. Tea and coffee are included for in-person Edinburgh bookings.
Payment
We invoice in GBP by bank transfer. Card payment is not offered on this site. Pricing is informational only — completing the contact form does not process payment.
