Synap Flow Hub Ltd ("we", "us") is the data controller for personal data described here. We are registered in the United Kingdom and operate from Edinburgh.

• Bookings: billing details, attendance names, dietary or accessibility notes you choose to provide.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and pages viewed if you accept analytics cookies (see Cookies).

2. How we use data

• Respond to enquiries and administer bookings.
• Send session materials and follow-up emails related to education you requested.
• Improve Site content when analytics are accepted.
• Meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data to execute trades or access wallets.

3. Lawful bases (UK GDPR)

• Contract — processing needed to deliver sessions you book.
• Legitimate interests — replying to enquiries and securing the Site.
• Consent — non-essential cookies and optional marketing if ever offered separately.
• Legal obligation — record-keeping for tax and company law.

4. Retention

Enquiry records are kept up to 24 months unless a booking follows, in which case booking records are kept seven years for accounting. Analytics data is retained according to the provider's settings, typically 14 months.

We use UK/EU hosting and email providers under data processing agreements. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect our rights. Session co-facilitators receive only the information needed for delivery.

6. International transfers

7. Your rights

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw cookie consent at any time via browser settings and our cookie banner. You may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) in the UK.

8. Security

We use HTTPS, access controls on studio systems, and minimal data collection. No method of transmission is completely secure; please avoid sending seed phrases or private keys in any form.

9. Children

Our services are aimed at adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
